Cristina Fonseca has a Master in Telecommunications and Informatics Engineering from IST – Instituto Superior Técnico; she studied Innovation and Future Technology at Singularity University. Besides being a Software engineer she is also a tech entrepreneur and enthusiast. Worked previously as a researcher and built two online businesses. Founder of Talkdesk, a platform that allows users to create a call center in minutes and integrate it into a variety of business tools, including Salesforce; Talkdesk raised more than $24 million in the last 2 years. She led the Talkdesk Lisbon office, mainly focusing on engineering, product, knowledge management and customer experience. Features in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 Enterprise Tech list.
